About The Room

• Smoking is not permitted in the entire building. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area on the 3rd floor. Smoking is prohibited early in the morning from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. according to Taito Ward ordinances.
• *If you are caught smoking within the facility, a fine of 25,000 yen fine will be charged.
• Rooms are cleaned daily from 10:00 to 14:00.
• If you are staying in the room and/or do not wish to staff to enter the room to have it cleaned, please hang the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the outside doorknob.
• Sheets will be changed on the 3rd day of your stay.
• When using the shower or bath, please close the bathroom door to prevent the bedroom smoke detector from malfunctioning.
• When using food delivery services, please pick up the food yourself at the 1st floor entrance for safety reasons.
• If you wish to check out late, please ask at the front desk or order through Mobile Order. (1 hour/1000 yen, maximum stay until 1:00 p.m.)

Front Desk:

• Staff are available at the front desk 24 hours a day. (From 23:00 to 7:30, the staff will assist you in case of emergency only) Feel free to stop by our front desk if you need any guidance!
• Taxi order can be made at the reception. *During busy times, it may take time to find a taxi available. Thank you for your understanding.
• Temporary luggage storage service before check-in and until 23:00 on the day of check-out.
• Printout service. (A4, A5 black and white: 10yen/sheet, color: 50yen/sheet)

Free Beer Service

During your stay, an all-you-can-drink free beer service is offered every day between 18:00 and 19:00 at the cafe space. *For those who cannot drink alcohol, free juice service is also available. Please ask our staff.

Laundry Room

There is a fully automatic laundry machine on the 4th floor of our hotel available on a fee basis. You are free to use it during your stay.

*Please note that the laundry is not available for use after midnight.
